Men’s Eating and Body Image Concerns Group (Virtual)

This is an inclusive virtual space intended for men struggling in their relationship with food, movement, and/or their bodies. It will include some skills-based education, but the focus will be connecting with others with similar experiences, increasing awareness of the origins and nature of these concerns, and challenging societal expectations of appearance and diet culture. The group is aligned with the principles of Intuitive Eating and HAES and welcomes Massachusetts residents of any sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, religion, body size/shape and background. The group will have 5-7 members and meet weekly for approximately 12 weeks beginning January 2025.

Group Therapy can help you:

  • Feel seen and understood by folks with similar struggles.

  • Learn more about yourself and the concerns you face.

  • Develop better coping skills for when life gets hard.

  • Get accountability for goals that you are working towards.

  • Improve your ability to connect and communicate with others.
